Our creamy white nougat is ideal for chocolate applications and can be easily cut and coated in milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate for a simple and delicious nougat candy bar. To add your favorite mix of dried fruits and roasted nuts, simply mix small pieces of our white nougat at a time in a stand mixer until they have reached a smooth, workable consistency.
